The shed is shut — nothing in it at the moment
Mixed at the weekend, then baked Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday using organic flour, straight onto the stone. What comes out of the oven goes in the shed the same morning, and the list goes up here at the same time.

Not all of it every week — a bake day is one run of bread and one run of something else, and what goes in the shed is whatever was baked that morning.
Prices are what the shop is asking now. The full ingredient list for each thing is on its own page, and everything is baked in a home kitchen that handles every declarable allergen.
Why it is shut
One baker and one oven — a Rofco B40 with three stone decks, which takes nine 800g loaves at a time. The weekend mixes and shapes, then Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each fill the shed once.
Between bakes there is nothing to sell, so the shed shuts rather than show a shelf of things that have gone. Baking to what one oven holds is also how there is little or nothing left over at the end of a bake day, which is the other reason for staying this size.
